FAQ

What is the setup fee?

A setup fee is a one-time charge to convert your logo or artwork into an embroidery-ready file (digitizing). This fee is waived on orders of 12 or more hats.

Will I receive a proof before production?

Proofs are available upon request. If you would like to review a proof before production begins, please let us know when placing your order.

What is your turnaround time for bulk hat orders?

Most bulk hat orders are completed within 7–10 business days. Thanks to our multiple commercial embroidery machines, we can efficiently handle large orders while maintaining quality.

Do you keep hats in stock?

We stock many popular hat styles and colors. If your selected item needs to be special ordered, production may take a few additional business days.

Where are the hats embroidered?

All embroidery is completed in-house at our U.S.-based facility. From artwork preparation to final production, everything is handled by our experienced team using premium ZSK embroidery machines.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We do not have a minimum order requirement, and you can order as few as one hat. However, ordering multiple hats helps reduce the overall cost per item and provides better value.

What are the maximum embroidery sizes?

  • Hat Front: Up to 4.5" wide × 2.35" high
  • Left Chest: Approximately 4" × 4"

If you have a specific placement or size request, contact us and we'll review your design.

Do you offer 3D Puff Embroidery?

Yes. We offer 3D puff embroidery for an additional charge. Please email us your logo before placing your order so we can verify that your design is suitable for the 3D puff process.

Shipping/Returns

How long does it take to fulfill an order?

Most orders are completed within 7–10 business days. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of your logo or design, as we take extra care to ensure the highest embroidery quality.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We primarily ship through USPS (United States Postal Service) to provide reliable delivery while keeping shipping costs affordable.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping is included on all orders over $50.

What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or missing delivery information, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

What is your return policy?

Because all custom embroidered items are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns on personalized or custom-logo products. To ensure satisfaction, we can provide a stitch-out sample or proof for approval before production upon request.

What is your exchange policy?

Custom and personalized items cannot be exchanged, as they are made specifically for your order and cannot be resold.

For non-custom items or stock designs, exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Approved exchanges are subject to a $12.50 exchange fee, which includes:

  • A prepaid return shipping label
  • Shipment of the replacement item
